John Chrysostom (349-407) was affectionately given the title “golden-mouthed,” because of the beauty of his preaching. He was a gifted orator and rhetorician. Beyond that, he was a faithful Christian and commentator on Holy Scripture. Having a Feast Day in the Lutheran, Anglican, Roman Catholic, and Eastern Orthodox churches, he remains one of the most significant theological voices arising from the fourth century, and his writings impact the church unto the present day. This volume contains his commentary on St. Paul's letter to the Galatians, which is taken from a series of sermons on the book. Throughout the text, Chrysostom illuminates Paul's words with vivid illustrations and practical wisdom. Print: $12.00 Kindle: $9.99 |

Thanks for getting this in print! Right now, until this at least, the only commentaries and homilies by Golden Mouthed on the Pauline Epistles that I see available in print are those cheap, low-quality print-on-demand copies on Amazon, where somebody just copy-pastes the text from the New Advent website and puts it in a Word document that is not even properly formatted! Ugh. I really hope you make other of St. John Chrysostom's commentaries/homilies available, starting with Romans! (And I would be willing to provide some financial $upport for that effort if needed....)
